Construction Trades

About

Construction, as in many other occupations, is becoming a field of specialists. SBC’s Building Trades Program follows curriculum guidelines set forth by the Associated General Contractors of America and the National Center for Construction and Education and Research (NCEER). Students who successfully complete the program leave with a solid foundation as entry-level carpenters. Jobs that await them are many as demand are high for motivated individuals here locally and elsewhere with building contractors, lumber yards and maintenance shops.
