Online Student Grievance Process
Online Student Grievance Procedure and Professional Licensure Disclosure
Online students have the same rights to resolve grievances as those students attending class on campus. If an online student has a grievance which they have not been able to resolve informally then they are shall follow the same
grievance procedure
as any other SBC student.

In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved at the College level, all students can contact the North Dakota University System (NDUS), State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA) Portal Agency.
